Fish protection systems
The innovative Neptun electrical-electronic barrier developed by our company is an effective solution that protects hydraulic structures against fish entering their operating zones. This solution is based on the method of generating a non-linear electric field of increasing intensity in the water. The electric field exerts impact on fish nervous and muscular systems, which results in redirecting their movement. Thus, the system protects fish and, simultaneously, reduces the costs of facility maintenance.
